Following the success of Savoy Residence,AFA Real Estate has introduced Lodge to the market, a new residential brand aimed at the premium segment. The first development, Lodge | Torrinha, is under construction. It is an investment of 40 million euros, to be completed by the end of 2026.
The new brand is characterised by the developers as sporting a "functional and modern architecture, more accessible, without neglecting its foundations: location, quality, sustainability and comfort." The aim is to "meet the needs of young professionals, families and modern investors."
Lodge | Torrinha is located in the Santa Luzia area, close to Funchal city centre and easily accessible. There are 106 flats in two 6-storey buildings. One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are available, with prices starting at 300,000 euros.
All the flats have balconies and flower beds. Some apartments also feature terraces, private gardens and panoramic views over the bay of Funchal. Each of the buildings also has a rooftop with a solarium and swimming pool with panoramic views of the city and the sea. More than 3,000 square metres of landscaped areas complete the offer. The project, by RH+Arquitetos, is characterised by exposed concrete, glass and steel, with neutral and organic tones.
