Located at the Gardens Hotel, Culinarium will host the themed dinner “Flavours of the World” on 29 November from 7:00 pm, inviting guests and visitors to embark on a culinary experience that spans continents. With this event, Savoy Signature aims to surprise diners with creative combinations and interpretations that showcase the essence of different culinary cultures.

The journey begins in Japan with an amuse-bouche featuring swordfish, salmon roe and wakame seaweed, harmonised by the sweet-savoury notes of teriyaki with basil. Next, inspiration moves to France, where oysters and a beef tartare take centre stage, accompanied by brioche bread that enhances the contrast of textures.

The route continues to Thailand with a comforting Tom Yum soup, prepared with zoodles and an aromatic broth that balances spices, freshness and acidity. Returning to Africa, São Tomé and Príncipe is represented by a grilled red snapper fillet served with painted rice, fried cassava and salad, recreating authentic and vibrant flavours.

From Africa, the journey moves to Central Europe, where German tradition shines through with roast pork knuckle served with potatoes and sauerkraut. To conclude, the dessert comes from Brazil: tapioca filled with brigadeiro, a light and indulgent reinvention of a beloved classic.

The dinner is priced at €29 per person for hotel guests on a bed-and-breakfast basis and €39 for other clients, including mineral water, a selection of white and red wines, beer, soft drinks and coffee. Reservations can be made by calling +351 291 213 600 or by emailing reception.gardens@savoysignature.com.
