Located in Funchal, the Savoy Residence | Monumentalis won the New Construction – Housing category at the 7th edition of the Expresso/SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards, held on 5 November in Leiria. The competition featured 60 projects, highlighting leading initiatives in the national real estate sector.

Completed in 2024, the development comprises 150 apartments and 11,500 m² of landscaped areas, integrating residential and commercial zones, gardens, squares, and leisure spaces with sea views. Designed by RH+ Arquitectos, it includes a gym, communal pool, and private pool units, as well as private box parking.
The Savoy Residence | Monumentalis incorporates sustainable materials, such as 67,600 kg of recycled Hydro CIRCAL® aluminium, supplied in partnership with TECHNAL, resulting in an estimated 78% reduction in CO₂ emissions compared to conventional aluminium.
The project had already received an honourable mention at the 2025 SIL Real Estate Awards and the “Housing – Autonomous Regions” prize at the 2025 National Real Estate Awards, further reinforcing its significance in both the Madeiran and national housing markets.
