The Three House Hotel has unveiled its plan for the night, announcing a thirty-three-hour-to-go celebration marked by gastronomy, music and panoramic views of a firework display that promises to reach epic proportions on the hotel’s terrace. The night of 31 December will begin with a signature dinner by Chef Maurício Faria, who has created an innovative menu designed to surprise guests.

During dinner, music will be provided by Phill.Me, who promises to set an emotional and vibrant atmosphere as the most anticipated moment of the night approaches: the fireworks show in full three hundred and sixty-degree view. The hotel will offer tickets that include access to the terrace for the show, as well as exclusive options for the elevated viewing deck.

The special panoramic New Year’s Eve dinner includes several dishes served throughout the different stages of the meal. Highlights include naturally leavened bread with foie gras and ricotta, sea bream crudo with cashew and sea-water gazpacho, dehydrated tomato and bean hummus with anchovy oil and Korean biscuit, wild prawn with oriental glaze, sour cream and kombu, and Icelandic cod loin with crab beurre blanc, leek oil, olive and caper gremolata, potato and corn-cheddar powder. This will be followed by wagyu with blackberry and sherry vinegar demi-glace, kale with pistachio and truffle tapenade. Dessert will feature crème anglaise, matcha ganache, ginger biscuit and raspberry toffee. A chirldren menu is also available.

This edition also has the particularity of offering a single long table where all guests will sit together, located in an uncovered outdoor area with panoramic views. The organisation advises guests to come prepared with warm clothing to ensure comfort throughout the night.

Tickets for the event will be available in several formats. The ticket including dinner, fireworks and party is priced at 225 euro and grants access to an open bar from 6 p.m. to 00:30 a.m., the full dinner and access to the viewing deck for the fireworks. For those who wish to watch the show from the rooftop only, the fireworks-and-party ticket costs 80 euro, with entry from 22:30 and open bar until 00:30. There is also a ticket for fireworks at the three hundred and sixty-degree viewing platform priced at 120 euro, offering the same bar access and panoramic viewing conditions. From 00:30 onwards, entry will be possible exclusively for the after-party with a ticket priced at 40 euro.

After the midnight celebration, with shared toasts and raisins, the party continues with the resident duo Phill.me & Jay Camara, revisiting the most memorable musical moments of 2025 and ushering in the sound of 2026. The programme may also include a surprise performance, ensuring a festive spirit and an elevated sense of anticipation until the end of the night.
