The NEXT rooftop in Funchal will host the first 2026 edition of Cloud Sensations on 25 April, marking the return of late-afternoon sessions at the Cloud Bar, overlooking the city’s bay.
The event runs from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm and signals the start of a new season focused on music and open-air socialising. The line-up features DJ Dr. Bastard, the stage name of Caetano Nervozo, who has been active between Lisbon and São Paulo since the 1990s. His sets are shaped by the energy of the crowd, blending genres such as house, afrobeat, reggae, jazz, funk and Brazilian music.
The event will also include live performances by two dancers, adding a visual dimension to the rooftop setting.
The bar will serve cocktails and mocktails, while the food offering includes options designed for sharing, such as picanha steak sandwiches, mini alheira hot dogs, poké bowls, quesadillas and sushi.
